By using this Site and its Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated from time to time. You should read the Terms & Conditions carefully and check this page regularly to take notice of any changes. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you should not use the Services of this Site.

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by IRENE HUSSEIN. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the terms and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms, then you should stop using the site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order, unless we are obliged to make the change by law.

Please note that this site is provided solely for your personal use. You are not allowed to use this site for any commercial purpose.

You will be personally responsible for your use of this site and for all your activities on this site. If you violate the terms, your access to this site on a temporary or permanent basis may be denied at Irene Hussein’s discretion.

1. Getting ready for your purchase

To make purchases on this Site, you will be required to provide your personal details, such as your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information, according to the form provided on our Site, as well as payment details. By submitting an order to us, you represent and warrant that the provided payment details are both valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not register with this Site. Under no circumstances, IRENE HUSSEIN will not accept orders from those under 18.

You are eligible to use this Site if you:

– have agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the Site.

– have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to IRENE HUSSEIN.

– have authorized IRENE HUSSEIN to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the ordered products.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your purchase.

You can complete your order in your Basket page. You can there make any changes you wish, such us removing any of the products or manipulating the quantity with the arrow buttons. Changes take effect after you press the Refresh button. To calculate the final amount of your order, select the delivery method of your preference and add any active discount coupons you might have acquired. When you are confident with your choices, the specifications and the quantities of the products added to the basket, you can “Proceed to payment”. At the next step, it is necessary to fill out your Billing address and the Shipping address, only if different. This step is mandatory even if you choose to pick up your order from our store.

You can choose between the following delivery options:

– IRENE HUSSEIN stores pick-up 

– Courier service with estimated delivery between 1 to 3 business days and shipping cost based on the shipping method of your choice.

Payment methods as follows:

– Credit/ debit/ prepaid card via Viva Payments service.

– PayPal.

– Cash On Delivery with an extra charge based on the shipping method of your choice.

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmatory e-mail containing all the information regarding your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if one of the following occurs:

– Your payment is not authorized.

– There is no delivery service available in your location.

– You don’t agree to the Terms & Conditions of our site.

– One or more of the ordered items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail on info@irenehussein.com within 1 hour from the completion of your order or call on +30 2114053201. You will be notified on when you will be reimbursed if you have already made the payment.

If you choose the Irene Hussein store pick-up, you are obligated to collect your order within 10 days of the placing. If you fail to do so more than 2 times, we have the right to refuse to accept any orders from you in the future.

Credit Card transactions are carried out via secure payment services offered by Viva Wallet.  Viva Online Services recognises the importance of secure transactions and has made all necessary provisions to ensure maximum possible transaction security for all data entered in the website. During all the steps of an online transaction through the website all data is encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) based on certificates by Thawte (a Verisign subsidiary).

4. Payments policy

Irene Hussein is headquartered in Athens, Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.
